What to Expect from Better Every Day


Each weekly session is one hour long and designed to be both educational and interactive. The first 30 minutes will be a focused workshop where we’ll explore practical topics, such as balanced eating, managing cravings, meal planning, and making habits stick in real life. The second half of the session is dedicated to open Q&A—your chance to ask questions, share insights, and get personalized coaching in a warm, supportive space.


Even though this is a group program, your journey will be deeply personal. With the coaching and tools provided, you’ll build your own step-by-step wellness plan based on your unique lifestyle, needs, and goals. You’ll never feel lost—we’re with you every step of the way.

You’ll receive weekly materials by email the day before each session, allowing you to review, reflect, and come prepared with questions. In addition, you’ll have ongoing support throughout…
